Community Faith Partners was formed from a Calvary Baptist Church prayer group. Pastors and others from various churches came together every Saturday morning to pray, sing hymns, and share life with one another. The individuals in the casual group realized this was something special-that coming together in the name of Jesus from various denominations and backgrounds was a beautiful expression of the unity Scripture speaks of. Community Faith Partners was born out of this expression of unity, love, and peace.

Vision

We believe God has ALL the solutions our community needs and look for volunteers who will make that vision a reality. We can always do more together than we can do separately, as individuals, as congregations, and community organizations. Citywide Prayer Night, Care Day, Holistic Hardware life-skills training, and the Let’s Talk Unity Webinars are examples of very fruitful joint efforts.

Our efforts will always be conducted in cooperation with congregations, businesses, and individuals in our community. We believe these entities are necessary for the long-term health and growth of every individual. CFP is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) started in 1999 and incorporated on October 5, 2000.
